Welcome to the Spice Age.

Mid Life Crysis Spices Co. was founded in Texas in 2024 by U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force veterans with a simple philosophy: if we're going through a midlife crisis, we might as well season it.

Our founder is an Army veteran and Doctor of Nursing Practice-prepared registered nurse who spent more than a decade caring for America's veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs. After years of serving veterans both in uniform and at the bedside, she turned her own midlife chapter into something completely unexpected: a spice company.

Mid Life Crysis celebrates the wonderfully imperfect side of getting older: forgetting why you walked into a room, discovering new wrinkles, questioning your life choices, and still having to figure out what's for dinner.

Our collection includes everyday seasonings, BBQ rubs, military-inspired Hero Blends, Zodiac blends, and specialty seasonings for grilling, cooking, baking, snacking, and gifting.

Since launching in 2024, Mid Life Crysis Spices has grown into a brand selling at Dallas VA Medical Center, Fort Worth VA Clinic, military and AAFES events, Grand Prairie Farmers Market, and the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo.

Our connection to the veteran community remains at the heart of what we do, and we're proud to support Pets for Vets, bringing together two things especially close to our hearts: veterans and animals. 🇺🇸🐾
